Law & Order SVU is getting ready for Season 16 and booking many hot guest stars on the NBC drama.
NBC Show To Have 'Variety' Of Stories This Year Unlike Season 15
The show just booked The Fosters and Meet the Parents star Teri Polo and Mike Hammer's Stacy Keach, according to TV Guide on Monday. Polo will be playing Cordelia, the lawyer daughter of Orion Bauer (Keach), who owns a family-run sportswear empire. Their lives are turned upside down when their best-selling clothing line is charged with serial rape.
The episode is titled American Disgrace, and is set to air on Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.

Entertainment Weekly also revealed on Wednesday that the Today Show's Hoda Kotb is set to appear as herself this season on an episode that also includes Alias star and Law & Order SVU veteran Ron Rifkin, Smash's Brian D'Arcy James, Stevie Lynn Jones, and Friday Night Lights Dana Wheeler-Nicholson. That episode is titled Producer's Backend. Rifkin will once again be playing Counselor Marvin Exley. He'll be representing Jones as a young Hollywood starlet who is in trouble with the law, once again. James plays a big-shot producer known for giving young actors their big break. This guest star-packed episode is also expected to air in October.
Law & Order: SVU returns September 24 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC for Season 16.
