Arctic Monkeys- "Do I Wanna Know?"
This is Arctic Monkeys' only nomination at the MTV VMA's this year. Their other hits include "R U Mine," "Flourescent Adolescent" and "Arabella."
Black Keys- "Fever"
Black Keys' other songs include "Lonely Boy," "Tighten Up" and "Little Black Submarines." In 2010, they won an MTV VMA for Breakthrough Video for the song "Tighten Up."
Imagine Dragons- "Demons"
Imagine Dragons has been nominated for an MTV VMA twice before for Best Rock Video- once in 2012 for the hit "It's Time" and again in 2013 for the song "Radioactive."
Linkin Park- "Until It's Gone"
The last time Linkin Park won an MTV VMA was in 2008 for Best Rock Video- "Shadow of the Day." They also won in 2004 for Viewer's Choice Award- "Breaking the Habit."
Lorde- "Royals"
Lorde is also nominated for Best Female Video. Some of her other songs include "Glory and Gore," "Biting Down" and "Buzzcut Season."
