MTV VMAs 2014 'Best Pop Video' Winner Is Ariana Grande For 'Problem'
Ariana Grande took home the MTV Video Music Award Best Pop Video Moonman for Problem on Sunday.
Pulled from Grande's album, My Everything, Problem snagged the honor over four other contestants.
A collaboration with Iggy Azalea on Problem was directed by The Young Astronauts and features a cameo from Big Sean.
The 2014 Best Pop Video category was home to works by, Avicii, Iggy Azalea, Jason Derulo, and Pharrell Williams.
Iggy Azalea also made the list with a collaboration, this time with Charli XCX. Directed by Director X, the pair's video for Fancy references scenes from the iconic 1995 film Clueless.
Avicii landed a nomination for Wake Me Up. A collaboration with aloe Blacc, the 2013 summer hit received a video under the direction of Mark Seliger.
Pharrell Williams found a radio hit with Happy, but the song's video took off as well. Originally 24-hours long, the We Are From L.A. directed project was later pared down to four minutes for YouTube.
Lastly, Jason Derulo directed his own video for Talk Dirty. Pulled from 2013's Tattoos, the track features vocals by 2 Chainz.
