The 2014 Best Collaboration Video category was home to works by Ariana Grande feat. Iggy Azalea, Beyonce feat. Jay Z, Chris Brown feat. Lil Wayne & Tyga, Eminem feat. Rihanna, Katy Perry feat. Juicy J, and Pitbull feat. Kesha.
MTV VMAs 2014 'Best Rock Video' Winner Is Lorde For 'Royals'
Ariana Grande was nominated for her collaboration with Iggy Azalea on Problem. Culled from Grande's My Everything, Problem was directed by The Young Astronauts and features a cameo from Big Sean.
Eminem's and Rihanna also landed a spot with The Monster. Pulled from The Marshall Mathers LP 2, the video was directed by Rich Lee and has also been nominated for Best Male Video and Best Direction.
Also nominated for Best Female Video, Katy Perry scored a nomination with Dark Hourse feat. Juicy J. Pulled from 2013's Prism, the video takes place in ancient Egypt as was directed by Matthew Cullen.
Meanwhile,Chris Brown and Lil Wayne made the list for Breezy's Loyal and Pitbull and Ke$ha were nominated for the David Rousseau directed Timber.
