50 Shades of Grey Movie: Strong Interest for Emma Watson to Play 'Anastasia Steele'
In the film version of the highly popular sexy novel "Fifty Shades of Grey," English actress Emma Watson is allegedly in talks to play Anastasia Steele, according to the Business Recorder.
The 22 year-old Harry Potter star is being seriously considered for the sexy role. Sources say that higher brass feels the star would be an ideal fit for the racy part.
However, the question as to who would encompass the role of billionaire Christian Grey still remains up in the air. Although Robert Pattinson, Michael Fassbender and Ryan Gosling are all legit candidates. However, Eddie Redmayne and Henry Cavill are still being considered.
It will be interesting to see how the beautiful Watson would approach the adult role; as she has been known to play classy characters in the past.
In other "Fifty Shades" news, it seems as though women are now flocking to lingerie stores on more of a larger scale than ever, thanks to the erotica. What is being called the "Fifty Shades of Grey effect," has apparently increased females' desire to buy "special occasion undies," according to The Times Of India. The undergarment uproar over the erotica has apparently contributed to women having three times as many pairs as they did in 1999.
Ten years or so earlier, it was also a far stretch for women to openly admit they were reading sexually explicit novels. However, now having no qualms about it, females are openly delving into the book more frequently in what is being considered a female revolution.
