On Tuesday, TV Line posted some information on the second season where a surprising spoiler came along. Showrunner Laurie McCarthy mentioned that there is a good chance that Clarissa might return. According to McCarthy, "it's distinctly possible that she's alive."
Even though that was a slightly vague comment, the fact that it was brought up might get viewers excited for how that might turn out. Some may have thought that if someone were to return from the dead, it would be King Henry, but it looks like he's pretty much gone. However, "his presence looms large," according to the showrunner.

There is also going to be a character named Narcisse who comes along played by Spartacus actor Craig Parker. He will be Queen Catherine's potential new suitor.
"He lives in an age where life is cheap, and he'll trade lives to get what he wants," McCarthy said. "He has a complicated past and an intriguing romantic future."
A number of other storylines will take place, including Bash and Kenna's "tested" marriage, Leith and Greer's "quadrangle," and Mary and Francis establishing what to do now that Lola has a Francis's baby.
It also turns out that the true identity of Yvette will be exposed early "with very surprising results."
Reign Season 2 will premiere on Thursday, October 2 at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
