Charlie Hunnam (who plays Jax), Katey Sagal (Gemma) and more cast and crew members appear on a new video called Inside the Final Ride: It Begins (featured below). In it, they reveal their thoughts about the series conclusion.
"Going into season 7 I'm really sad that it's end but also excited," Hunnam admitted. "All good things must come to an end." He added that Sons of Anarchy has "changed my life in many, many ways," listing the various friends he's made from the actors who played his fellow SAMCRO members.

Sagal admitted that she is still "in denial" about the series ending.
Frequent SOA director Paris Barclay teased a few details about what fans should expect from the new season:
"More twisty, more 'turny,' perhaps more violent," Barclay teases, adding that he hopes it ends in a way that fans will feel is "true" to the story that's been told over the last seven years.
"I don't expect it to be pretty," Jimmy Smits (Nero) warned.
The final season of Sons of Anarchy finds Jax in jail and ready to get revenge over the death of Tara (Maggie Siff). Unbeknownst to him, it was his own mother, Gemma, who committed the murder, and only she and Juice (Theo Rossi) know about it.
Sons of Anarchy's final season premieres Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 10 p.m. on FX.
