'Atlanta Exes' Cast Members: Torrei Hart Comforts Monyetta Shaw After She Breaks Down Due To Split With Ne-Yo [VIDEO]
While Ne-Yo called it quits with his now ex fiancée, Atlanta Exes star Monyetta Shaw more than a year ago, she revealed on Monday night's episode of the show that she still gets emotional over their public split.

She had a sit-down heart to heart with Torrei Hart (ex-wife of Think Like A Man Too star Kevin Hart) and opened up about how she is coping with the split as she and NeYo still live together.
Torrei commended Shaw for the growth that she has experienced, from trying new things like swimming with stingrays to being willing to remove all pictures of Ne-Yo from her social media pages.

Still, Shaw confessed that she often struggles with looking back and having "selective amnesia" and looking back at the memories they shared as well as dwelling on what their relationship would have been like today had they stayed together.
"Like, why do I still have certain feelings? I wish I could be like a light switch."
Torrei then encouraged Shaw and reminded her that she is a strong woman who will get through the split.
"You're gonna become a more beautiful woman. You're gonna become an independent woman. And you're gonna get what you truly deserve. It's not gonna come with no bulls---, it's not gonna come with no mess. You're not gonna get somebody who takes you for granted."
Shaw then told cameras that her conversation with Torrei showed her how much she is still hanging on to her breakup with the So Sick singer.
