'James Bond 24' Movie Rumors: Naoime Harris Could Become Secondary Lead In Next Movie & Have Expanded Role To Help 007 [VIDEO]
While a slew of classic character were reimagined in the last Bond movie with new actors, one of the breakout stars could be headed for more screen time with the next installment in the franchise.
'Bond 24' Star Date Confirmed With Full Cast Revealation Coming Soon?
Played by Naoime Harris, the latest incarnation of Eve Moneypenny was a scene-stealing effort by the actress and could have her getting even more action in the next movie alongside James Bond (Daniel Craig).
Moneypenny was sidelined during Skyfall after she shot Bond during the opening of the film and was put behind a desk where, by the end, she decided to stay there. But with Harris gaining so much love from fans of the movie, it would probably be silly to keep her there for the entirety of the next movie and it would make sense for her to venture out once again.

Harris had impeccable chemistry with Craig and while more Bond girls are on the way, she could be the staple female presence in his timeline with Judi Dench's M out of the picture. It would also give a starlight to Harris who has been turning in good work even outside of the Bond franchise.
While the Bond girls have sometimes been able to hold their own, it seems like the next movie will continue to have roles with the women trying to steer Bond's affection somewhere and Harris could be the more independent, career woman who can also kick ass alongside 007.
Bond 24 is directed by Sam Mendes and is set to open in theaters on November 6, 2015.
