MTV's Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans got some quality time in with her family this week for boyfriend Nathan Griffith's birthday.

'Teen Mom 2' Baby Makes MTV Debut

On Thursday Evans and Griffith basked in the love of their son Kaiser, who was born June 29. While both parents have children whom they do not possess full custody of, baby Kaiser currently lives with his mom and dad along the beach.

Evans declared her son a "happy" baby as she fawned over him in the early hours of the morning.

Evans also bragged about some recent family time with her mother Barbara, who has had custody of Evans' five-year-old son Jace since he was an infant. Evans and her mother don't always see eye-to-eye and Barbara has certainly had her difference with Griffith, but the proud grandmother recently got to spend an afternoon with both of her grandsons outside in the September air.

Griffith turns 27 on September 19 and Evans could hardly contain her excitement as she declared her love for him on Twitter Thursday.

Evans has yet to reveal the surprise, though she will likely share the news on Twitter after the big reveal.

Teen Mom 2 continues on MTV with new episodes Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
