'Bones' Season 10 Spoilers: Brennan Worries About Booth's 'Psychological Well-Being' After Release From Jail [VIDEO]
It seems that Booth (David Boreanaz) will be dealing with the psychological effects of being in prison long after release as Fox's Bones continues into Season 10.
Booth Gets New 'Politically Ambitious' Junior Agent When Bones Returns
The plot synopsis for the third episode of Season 10 of Bones has been released by Fox and Booth may still be affected by the events of the past four months. The episode is titled The Purging of the Pundit and focuses on an investigation into the death of a radio host.
"With the help of 'squintern' Rodolfo Fuentes (guest star Ignacio Serricchio), the Jeffersonian team investigates the murder of a controversial conservative radio host whose remains were found in a storm drain," the synopsis reads. "When the team discovers some of his extracurricular activities, they come across shocking evidence that narrows down the suspects. Meanwhile, Special Agent James Aubrey (guest star John Boyd) is desperate to gain the trust of Booth, and Brennan [Emily Deschanel] is worried about Booth's psychological well-being after recent events."

The episode is set to air Thursday, Oct. 9 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
When Bones returns for Season 10, Brennan will be on a mission to exonerate Booth while the latter continues his stint in jail. As seen in a new clip from the premiere episode, she even goes so far as to blackmail a federal prosecutor in exchange for Booth's freedom.
Bones Season 10 is set to premiere Thursday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
