A spinoff from TNT's The Librarian trilogy, the upcoming series will follow the exploits of the Metropolitan Library's newest archivists. Tasked with finding and preserving the world's supernaturally charged artifacts, Jake Stone (Christian Kane), Ezekiel Jones (John Kim), Cassandra (Lindy Booth), and Eve Baird (Rebecca Romijn) will help pick up the head librarian's (Wyle) massive caseload while evading the Serpent Brotherhood.

The TNT adventure will premiere on Dec. 7 with "And The Crown of King Arthur," which will be two hours long. The series opener will feature Wyle, although Flynn Carson won't appear in every episode due to Wyle's involvement with TNT's Falling Skies.
