The newly single Katie Holmes has found herself on the inevitable rumor mill of romance. The almost divorced mom recently ignited rumors when she was seen chowing down with her lawyer Jonathan Wolfe.

However, the din-din was not for two, but three, as Wolfe's wife Renee also accompanied the two. Holmes and the pair had dinner at the NoMad Hotel in Manhattan's Gramercy area. Upon leaving the restaurant, she greeted TMZ with a "Great, thank you," when asked how she was.

The former "Dawson's Creek" standout hasn't exactly been cooped up and grieving, as she was spotted yesterday at the Bronx Zoo with daughter Suri. The mom and her offspring also went on to bond for lunch at the eatery Patsis, for a bite to eat.

The 33 year-old and her daughter have apparently taken up residence into a $12,500-a-month pad in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. Holmes reportedly will get primary custody of the 6 year-old; despite reports that the child wanted to be with her dad.

Back on the west coast, Tom Cruise was recently seen out in public as well at Taverna Tony in Malibu. He was also asked by a paparazzo about how he was doing, and replied "good," when asked.
