In an interesting new development some fans of the Terminator series are demanding that Genisys should be R-Rated.

New Toy Figure Of Arnold Schwarzenegger As The T-800 Unveiled

On The Terminator Fans, the hub of all activity surrounding the film, a new development reveals that the website is rooting for an R-Rating and is concerned about the fact that the movie might be rated PG-13, as was the case with Terminator: Salvation. The website has launched on pretty serious campaign to ensure that the film gets an R-Rating.

"This is not an attack or a boycott on Terminator: Genisys, it is what it is. This is a movement to show that there is a market for R Rated Terminator movies and that we will pay to see them," part of the petition reads.

Part Of Film Score For Terminator: Genisys Leaked?

The website had even gotten in touch with producer Megan Ellison to raise the issue back in 2012, but feels that the producers aren't taking this very seriously.

Terminator: Genisys is being directed by Alan Taylor and also stars Jai Courtney, who will be playing Kyle Reese, and Emilia Clarke will play Sarah Connor. Sandrine Holt (House of Cards) will be playing Detective Cheung, who will "arrest Kyle and Sarah when they arrive in 2017."

It has been suggested that the film will be a reboot, that is not exactly true. It has been reported that Terminator: Genisys will rewind to the first two films in the series and will move back and forth in the plot with the help of time travel scenes

Terminator 5 is scheduled to release in July 2015.
