Some one is coming after Hetty [Linda Hunt], but if Deeks [Eric Christian Olsen] doesn't watch out, Kensi [Daniela Ruah] will have pinned six ways from Sunday before he can help save the boss.

As usual, Eric Beal will have to interrupt the team's morning banter to deliver the case of the week, but this time he will have to wait until the Densi duo finish training (see video below).

While honing their skills, the pair will also work out a little tension in their budding relationship.

"There are a lot of fun moments between them early in the season as they try to sort out their relationship," explained series creator Shane Brennan, according to TV Guide Magazine (via Spoiler TV). "It isn't as black-and-white as people think, and we try to keep it as a real workplace romance, especially one with guns and explosions and people trying to kill you."

Unfortunately for Callen's [Chris O'Donnell] team, someone looking to kill the team will drop by the Office of Special Project's secret headquarters.

"["Inelegant Heart"] will begin a suspenseful Hetty storyline," teased executive producer John Peter Kousakis on Friday. "Our team is in full defense mode. #NCISLA #wontdisappoint."
