In a recent tweet interaction with fans, Taye Diggs, who joined season 6 of The Good Wife to play the part of Dean, shared about his experience filming for his first episode of the CBS show.

While the first day for Diggs was apparently "nerve-wracking" he said that Christine Baranski, who plays Diane Lockhart on the legal drama, actually helped calm his nerves.
"A bit nerve-wracking but Baranski made me feel right at home," he tweeted on September 29.

CBS also compiled Diggs' tweets to reveal his response to working on the show.
The actor was introduced on the show in the second episode, titled Dear God. Dean comes to Florrick/Agos as a partner, taking Diane's lead.
In Dear God, Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Dean defended a client in court together and fans got to see their inetersting dynamic as lawyers teaming up.
In a sneak peek that was recently revealed for the episode, Alicia and Dean are seen fighting a case which has to do with seed patenting. Dean takes the lead and Alicia joins in to rebutt the opposition, building up a cacophany, at which point the judge hilariously intervenes, asking all of them to shut up.
In the next clip, Alicia and Dean are seen unwinding, after a hard day's work and letting the other know that they enjoyed working with them. At this point, Alicia draws from the title of the episode, asking Dean if he believes in God. Dean says he does but Alicia says she doesn't and felt she was genetically predisposed not to.
The next episode, Oppo Research, of The Good Wife on October 12.
