The Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 crossover event Ask The Moms aired at 9 p.m. on MTV Monday night, giving the inside scoop on how the reality stars view themselves and each other after years of living onscreen.

Jenelle Evans Boyfriend Might Want Custody Of His Daughter

Jenelle Evans, who has caused a lot of drama as the most controversial star of Teen Mom 2, elected to live tweet the special. As it began, she declared that it was great to see a different side to the series and the moms.

The event also gave some of the stars an opportunity to make up after some pretty intense feuds. This was particularly the case for Evans and Teen Mom's Amber Portwood.

Ask the Moms marked the end of Teen Mom 2's fifth season. With production completed, Evans will continue to focus on school and the raising of her three-month old son Kaiser. She is also looking to get custody back of five-year-old Jace, who has lived with her mother Barbara since infancy. Evans has noted that she'd like to raise her son, but worries about hurting her mother in taking the boy away from him.

While Teen Mom 2 might be over for the season, the series on which the reality show is based will be coming back sooner than fans might think. Teen Mom will return in 2015 after a three-year hiatus with Catelynn Lowell, Amber Portwood and Maci Bookout.
