Bones Season 11 Talk Already Starting As Actors 'Renegotiate'
Fox has released a plot synopsis for the fifth episode of Season 10, an episode that is titled The Corpse in the Convention. In the episode, Brennan (Emily Deschanel) is delivering a keynote speech at a science convention when, as suspected, a murder goes down.
"The Jeffersonian team attends a forensic science convention with Brennan delivering the keynote speech, only to discover the remains of a body in a stairwell at the convention," the plot synopsis reads. "With numerous convention attendees offering help and their products, evidence points to Dr. Hodgins as a suspect and the team has to find a way to prove his innocence."
Wendell Isn't Going Anywhere, Though Cancer Battle Will 'Definitely Be Revisited'
This sounds like it could be an intriguing and potentially funny episode with various forensic scientists trying to lend their expertise.
Additionally, the episode features the return of Brennan's "publishing rival," Tess Brown (guest star Nora Dunn).
Finally, "squintern" Wendell Bray (guest star Michael Grant Terry) is set to return in the episode, where he "has news about his cancer diagnosis and returns to work with Jeffersonian team."
Based on this description, it seems that Wendell's cancer might be in remission, which is good news for the Jeffersonian team considering they're still grieving over the loss of Lance Sweets (John Francis Daley).
Bones airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
