'Transformers 4: Age of Extinction' News: Movie Rules On Home Video Charts [VIDEO]
Transformers 4: Age of Extinction was recently revealed on DVD, Blu-Ray and home video, and it seems like the movie is still bringing in the big bucks, as a report reveals that it is ruling on the home video charts.
Variety reports that Age of Extinction claimed the top spot on all national home video charts.
The movie was made available in multiple formats like AC-3, Dolby, Dubbed and Subtitled on September 30. In fact some clips from the package were being revealed ahead of the Blu-Ray release to promote it.
Paramount pictures revealed a featurette to help illustrate how the digital effects of industrial light and magic helped furnish the striking dinobots in Transformers 4: Age of Extinction.
What We Know So Far About Transformers 5
Some behind-the-scenes action featuring Mark Wahlberg in Transformers 4: Age of Extinction was revealed, ahead of the Blu-Ray and DVD release of the movie, along with a promotional featurette.
Some other footage to promote the Blu-Ray release was made unveiled via IGN on September 9. The conceptualisation of some scenes and the technicalities are shown, as the crew and experts explain the process of making the dramatics come to life. Michael Bay is also seen directing the shot, with large cranes and pullies lifting vehicles off of the ground as stunt guys are seen falling out of them. The making of the scene is just as thrilling as the scene itself.
Age of Extinction stars Michael Wahlberg, Jack Reynor, Nicola Peltz and Stanley Tucci. The sequel for the movie has been fraught with uncertainty s Bay recently revealed that he most likely won't be coming on board for Transformers 5 and would pass the baton to another director. There has also been no confirmation of the main star cast reprising their roles for the next in what was meant to be a trilogy.
Transformers: Age of Extinction hit theaters on June 27, 2014.
