Not everyone is on board with Abby Lee Miller's "tough love" ways on the dance floor. The controversial Dance Moms star is being sued for "abuse and bullying" by her former dancer, 13-year-old Paige Hyland.

Radar Online reported on Friday that Hyland claims Miller makes her dancers work 60-hour work weeks and is accusing her of cruel insults and body shaming. What's more, Miller also allegedly threw a chair at her student during a rehearsal as well.

The lawsuit says that Miller "engaged in conduct that caused the Plaintiff to reasonably believe she was about to be touched or harmed in an offensive matter. As a proximate result of the Defendant's wrongful conduct, the Plaintiff has suffered emotional distress, anxiety, frustration, anger, humiliation, post traumatic stress and anguish."

Hyland also says that Miller threw a chair during an argument she had with the dancer.

The lawsuit said, "Miller insulted and abused Paige on an almost daily basis, including cruel name calling, insults about Paige's physical appearance and making offensive false and defamatory accusations about Paige's family. All of this abuse was done for the sake of drama during the show."

Hyland's lawyers also add though that Miller was "caring and nurturing" towards Hyland before filming for the reality show began and only changed her behavior once the cameras were on.

So far, Miller has not responded to the allegations.
