It looks as though things are finally on the right track for this Housewife. Reality television star Tamra Judge recently opened up about her custody case with her ex-husband Simon Barney, saying that she is relieved and happy that her children's "nightmare" is over.

According to Star Magazine on Friday, Judge still has custody of her children Spencer, 14, and Sophia, 8, after her ex-husband failed to prove that she was a bad and negligent mother during their court case. A decision still hasn't been made though for her 15-year-old daughter Sidney, who is currently living with her father.

Judge told the magazine, "I'm extremely happy! I'm so happy this nightmare is over for my children's sake. What Simon did to tarnish my image was so damaging to the children."

She added, "To make up horrible stories about the mother of his children is horrible. I've never been anything but a wonderful, hands-on mother to our children. Shame on him for putting everyone through such an emotionally draining experience. I hope that this will stop his constant harassing and make him move on with his life."

Meanwhile, there have been reports that indicate Judge might not be returning for another season of the show. Judge, who has been the center of a lot of drama with the other women this past season, has repeatedly denied rumors that she is getting axed from the show but according to a Bravo insider, she's the first person on their chopping block.

A source told Radar Online on Sept. 3, "Bravo is actively casting for someone who is a voice of reason. They want to replace Tamra who's stirring up too much s--- and the entire cast is against her."
