Stuart Gillard, the director of season 3 of Beauty and the Beast, recently tweeted that he was busy "editing" in Los Angeles. Could this mean that the next chapter of The CW series is now in post-production.

"In LA editing - back Tuesdy," Gillard tweeted on October 11. While there is no confirmation about how far along the filming for the series is. But if this does indeed mean that filming for a major chunk of the episodes is through and the showreel is now in the editing room, the team has been pretty efficient as it wrapped shooting in a bit over a month.

Gillard, had announced that shooting would begin on August 28. This has been followed by the director posting a bunch of pictures from filming over the course of September and early October.

An "Intense Performance" Still Feat. Vincent Revealed

The executive producer of the CW series, Brad Kern, has also spoken about the what fans can expect from the next chapter of the show in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

Kern revealed that season 3 would focus on Catherine and Vincent's love.

"Now that we have the loyal audience, the goal is to make it more Cat-Vincent centric," he said. "We'll continue to build the mythology. Everything else will service and work around that love."

In an interview, Austin Basis, who plays J.T. on the show, spoke about how his relationship with Tess would play off of Vincent and Catherin's relationship on the CW series. He suggested that the couples will have more to figure out as they navigate a steady love life with the grave dangers that surround them. Basis suggested that this will also push them to work independently more as a unit of two.

"Everyone's kind of been a team of four and now they are two teams of two. I think that will be fun to see," he said. "Learning from the mistakes of the path that we've gone down before, the writers and the show to stick to the heart of the show about Vincent and Catherine and their romance and how their romance is tested."

The season 2 finale, Deja Vu aired on The CW at 8 p.m. on July 7.
