Week 5 of Dancing With the Stars came to a conclusion on Monday, and all competitors remained safe following a switch up round.

In injury sidelined Karina Smirnoff as the switch up episode drew nearer, but the pro's attendance failed to affect the evening's competition since her partner, Randy Couture, was voted off in week 3. The other performers, however, had to deliver smooth routines while adjusting to brand new partners in week 5.

Judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Jessie J, Julianne Hough, and Bruno Tonioli were particularly harsh this week, never once giving a 10. The highest score clocked in at 36, the total of four 9's recived by Sadie Robertson (usually with Mark Ballas) and Derek Hough (previously paired with Bethany Mota) for their Charleston set to Cheryl Cole's Crazy Stupid Love.

The collaboration of Alfonso Ribeiro and Cheryl Burke resulted in a 34-point Flamanco, a score that Lea Thompson and Val Chmerkovskiy tied with their Broadway rendition of Marc Shaimans' You Can't Stop the Beat.

Michael Waltrip and Witney Carson came in last place with a mere 20 points for their Disco treatment of Rose Royce's Car Wash.
