Now that Apollo Nida has began serving his eight year sentence, his wife Phaedra Parks has been ordered to provide her knowledge of the details concerning his fraud scam that landed him in jail.

Parks is still involved in a lawsuit with a woman named Angela Stanton.
The woman, who served five years in prison with Nida during his first jail stint, claimed in her book Lies of a Real Housewife, that Parks was the mastermind behind their scam that included opening chop shops and check fraud. Parks has decided to sue Stanton for defamation.
Phaedra Parks Slams Apollo Nida For 'Frequenting Strip Clubs'
TMZ has reported on Monday that a judge has forced Parks to participate in a deposition in which she must answer all questions she is asked regarding Nida's legal actions. Stanton's team has said that they need the interrogation to happen in order to build their case on her behalf.
In other Parks and Nida news, it has been confirmed that Parks has decided to file for divorce from Nida. An insider has spoken out and said that while it was difficult, it was probably the best option for the reality TV couple.
"Phaedra is really disappointed with how all of this turned out. [Phaedra] had no idea any of that [illegal activity] was going on. This divorce is going to the best thing for her. Apollo was always really jealous of her success and the fact that she was the breadwinner."
They are parents to two boys, Ayden,4 and Dylan, 1.
