The New York Post reports on Thursday that Frankel is eyeing a townhouse with an asking price of $5.25 million. The new pad comes with three bedrooms and a 1,466-square-foot garden with a grill and cedar deck.

Frankel is looking to move in with her daughter, 4-year-old Bryn, after having separated from her ex-husband Jason Hoppy, back in December 2012.

Meanwhile, Frankel has denied rumors that she is returning to The Real Housewives of New York.

According to People Magazine last Thursday, Frankel says that there is no truth to the rumors that she is going to be back on the hit Bravo franchise. She said, "I haven't signed anything. I have a great relationship with Andy Cohen and the housewives, and they've asked me to come back for years."

Just this past week, Frankel revealed whether or not she would join the show. In a new interview with Access Hollywood, Frankel said the idea would be "crazy" but it's something she wouldn't rule out.

When asked by Billy Bush on whether or not she would return, Frankel said on Wednesday, "I don't know, I talk to Andy but we're talking about another project right now. We're working on something, but it's a little bit of a secret. Everyone's asked me, but I would have to be crazy. And I am crazy."
