Created by Karl Schaefer (Eerie, Indiana) and Craig Engler (Zombie Apocolapse), the brain-munching program follows a band of survivors as the struggle to travel from New York to California with the only known survivor of a zombie bite.
Three years after the ZN1 virus swept the nation, Patient Zero's (Keith Allan) antibodies may hold the key to curing the scorge for good. A convict, Patient Zero is escorted by Sgt. Charles Garnett (Tom Everett Scott), Roberta Warren of the National Guard (Kellita Smith), Lt. Mark Hammond of Delta Force (Harold Perrineau), firearms expert 10K (Nat Zang), Doc (Russell Hodgkinson), and wayward travelers Addy Carver (Anastasia Baranova), Mack Thompson (Michael Welch), and Cassandra (Pisay Pao).
Pfc. Simon Cruller (DJ Qualls) directs the team from a nearly abandoned NSA station.
