Her estranged husband Lamar Odom has been said to be MIA and refusing to sign divorce papers. She now has to take on a Request to Enter a Default, which means the other party has not responded within 30 days or cannot be found, or she can file a Request for Dismissal, meaning she and Odom both decide to stop the divorce.
An insider close to the family told People magazine Thursday, "He needs to sign papers and he won't. He disappears here and there, and she can't find him. She just wants to move on."

In the meantime, a trailer for Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons reveals Scott Disick warned the Kardashian clan about her ex-boyfriend Pop That rapper French Montana when the two were still going strong.
Kourtney Kardashian asked her longtime boyfriend Disick, "What do you think about French Montana?"
Disick, who is pretty close with Khloe, revealed that he had his reluctancies.
"I just hope nothing goes wrong. She doesn't need any heartache."
Still, Khloe and Montana were enjoying their whirlwind romance over the summer. They headed over to South Africa and Khloe revealed she wanted to snap a picture of her adventure and share it with Kourtney. Khloe was even featured in Montana's video Don't Panic.
Montana shared his thoughts on his girlfriend at the time and dubbed him and Khloe, "The baddest couple."
