Bethenny Frankel might be back on our small screens again, but it looks like we won't be seeing much of her family life this time around. Reports are indicating that Frankel's soon-to-be ex-husband Jason Hoppy is trying to block the reality star from having their 4-year-old daughter Bryn appear on next season's The Real Housewives Of New York.

According to Radar Online on Friday, Hoppy is supposedly taking Frankel back to the courtroom as he doesn't want to see his daughter appearing on the hit Bravo show.

A source close to the ex-couple says, "Jason isn't thrilled with it because he knows Bethenny is going to get in numerous jabs about the divorce."

What's more, Hoppy also doesn't think it would be very healthy for Bryn to grow up in a reality show environment.

The insider added, "It's just not healthy for Bryn to be on TV at a time when her parents are getting divorced. Bethenny signed up for the show, their daughter didn't."

Meanwhile it sounds as though Frankel took some time to negotiate her comeback to Bravo.

Radar Online reported on Friday that Frankel is also hoping for a lot of screen time and that she was actually negotiating details of her new contract with Bravo producers for several months before signing her name on the dotted line.

An insider tells the site, "They've been in deep negotiations and she is definitely ready to return to Bravo."

Frankel initially left the show back in 2010.
