‘Party Down South’ Cast News: Mattie Doing Well Following Her Four-Wheeling Accident, See A PHOTO Of Her Injuries & See How She Feels
She suffered from some serious injuries following a nasty four-wheeling accident, but Party Down South star Mattie Breaux appears to be recovering from her injuries and seems ready to move past the situation.

The reality star posted a photo to her Facebook page October 24 where she appears to be enjoying a night of pumpkin carving ahead of Halloween-but also showcases the extent of the injuries she suffered from the October 18 incident at LACtober fest at the Big Nasty ATV park in Savannah, Ga.
Breaux mentioned her injuries on her Facebook page the day after the accident, clarifying that she was okay but had suffered from a busted lip and nose and black eyes after falling off a four-wheeler and face-planting into the ground.
But despite her injuries, she seemed ready to continue enjoying her life by participating in the fall tradition for the first time just a few days later.
"Another beautiful night sky! Uggs, bonfire & pumpkin carvin #1st time yayy," she wrote, before later sharing the photo, where she sits on a deck with a half-carved pumpkin in front of her. Smiling for the camera, she also posed by holding her pumpkin-seed covered hands in front of her.

However, the extent of her injuries are also visible in the photo, with what appears to be healing cuts on the bottom right corner of her mouth and just under her left nostril. A large bruise is also visible under her left eye.
Fans praised Breaux for sharing the image despite her injuries, saying it showed how amazing she was as a person because she chose to share a very real image of herself, instead of one where she looked perfectly made up.
"It takes a real woman to be able to smile after a four wheelin' accident and have two black eyes, a busted nose and lip and She still looks beautiful!" a fan wrote.
Breaux later commented on that post, stating that she loved her life as is, and because of that, things like her accident weren't bothering her,
"When u have all u need the rest doesn't matter lol," she wrote. "I enjoyed carving my first pumpkin next year it's on lol."
Breaux also showed she wasn't letting her injuries stop her from enjoying life a day earlier, showing she was back to her more adventure-seeking ways after some rest by going out and practicing her skateboarding skills with co-star Lyle Boudreaux--but assured fans she was staying safe by wearing a helmet.
Her injuries haven't affected her status on the show, as the cast wrapped filming their third season earlier this fall. Fans will see Mattie and the rest of the gang back on TV Nov. 20 in their Thanksgiving special, Driunksgiving at 8 p.m. They will also see them in a Dec. 18 Christmas special, Christmas Hangover, and the third season is set to air in February 2015.
