The BAU will be on to a new, rather unique criminal, one whose victims have large social media followings. It also seems like Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore) and Savannah Hayes (Rochelle Aytes) relationship is going to suffer on account of work stress.
In a recent interview with the Huffington Post, Moore specifically spoke about his new relationship on the show.

"I'm grateful that Derek has a girlfriend. It's about time he got some! I'm glad the romance has shown new layers to the character. There are a lot of gems this season. This show is more character-driven than most procedurals."

"Hashtag" - When victims with large social media followings are found dead in Maryland, the BAU searches for an UnSub taking on the persona of an Internet urban legend. Meanwhile, Morgan and Savannah struggle to find quality time for each other with their busy careers, on CRIMINAL MINDS, Wednesday, Nov. 12 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
The episode will air on November 12 at 9 pm ET/PT on CBS.
The next episode, titled Boxed In, will air on October 29 and 9 pm ET/PT.
