Several Twitter users took to their accounts and showed negative feedback for the costume.
One wrote, "any person in an Ebola containment suit costume this Halloween has a 75% chance of being punched in the face, not even necessarily by me".
Another shamed anyone who was thinking about wearing the costume this year.
"How many people dying from the disease and this guy decides to wear an Ebola containment suit as a halloween costume smh".
But one user confessed that someone very close to them is set to rock the getup.
"My mother is being an ebola nurse for Halloween and wearing a containment suit".
Another blatantly tweeted that there is a special place for those who will be wearing the costume.
"How can 'Ebola Containment Suit' be a Halloween costume? Hell is going to be too packed".
Still, one fan added that just the idea of the suit proves where we are as a community.
"The 'Sexy Ebola Containment Suit' Halloween costume proves we are a civilization on the decline".
The Ebola Containment Suit is also available for males with a full suit along with the same face shield, breathing mask, latex gloves and safety goggles. That one is $79.99.
After getting backlash for the costume the CEO of BrandsonSale, Johnathon Weeks defended the product with a pretty interesting quote.
"We don't stray away from anything that's current or controversial or anything like that. If I told you we had a toddler ISIS costume in the works, your mouth would drop. I will definitely let you know when that goes on sale. I can tell you it will come complete with a fake machine gun."
