'Jurassic Park 4' News: 'Jurassic World' Trailer Being Released With 'The Hobbit 3' For 'Strategic Reasons' [VIDEO]
The unveiling of the trailer of Jurassic World was recently pushed back to December, and will coincide with the release of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies.
Aquatic Dinosaurs To Feed On White Sharks In Jurassic World?
As JurassicWorld.org reported the news, an insider revealed the reason had nothing to do with the fact that the trailer wasn't finished yet, but this was a well-thought out promotional move.
"I just got word that the theatrical trailer has been pushed back to debut with The Hobbit. This is for strategic reasons and not because of any actual delay with getting it ready. Universal is choosing to debut the Fast 7 trailer on Interstellar instead. Whether or not they still choose to debut it online in November, I have no idea."
Who Is Most Likely To Fall Prey To The Dinosaurs In Jurassic World?
Jurassic World is being directed by Colin Trevorrow, and stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jake Johnson, Vincent D'Onofrio, Irrfan Khan and Ty Simpkins.
The Jurassic Park films are based on Michael Crichton's series of novels about pre-historic beasts being revived by revolutionary gene technology. Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are co-producing the film alongside Steven Spielberg, who directed the first two installments in the franchise. Irrfan Khan and Ty Simpkins also star in the movie.
The film will hit theaters on June 12, 2015.
