It looks as though Bethenny Frankel does pay attention to what her critics are saying these days. The reality television star took some heat for posting a rather "skinny" photo of herself while promoting her latest book on Instagram. The celebrity mother has since deleted the photo from her social networking account.

In the now-deleted photo that she posted on Tuesday, Frankel can be seen wearing a black top along with a green leopard-print skirt. She captioned the photo with, "My newest book #SkinnygirlCocktails comes out today!! Get it wherever books are sold! All of my favorite @skinnygirl party drink and snack recipes in one handy little book!"

Many of her Instagram followers noticed her alarming new appearance right away, commenting with, "Wayyyyyy tooooo skinny, girl. That's not healthy" along with, "Too thin and fragile..." and "Whoa... wayyy too skinny. Eek!"

This isn't the first time Frankel has courted controversy, of course. The star was criticized for wearing her 4-year-old daughter's pajamas earlier this summer.

In the photo, a disheveled Frankel has on a Hello Kitty nightshirt along with a pair of shorts and slippers. She captioned the pic with, "This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?"

Many of Frankel's fans on her social network account criticized her for wearing the pajama, calling her "too skinny" to be wearing her toddler daughter's close. Frankel has so far not responded to her critics.
