Fox has released new plot synopses for the next four episodes of Gotham, including the sure-to-be-interesting introduction of Harvey Dent (Nicholas D'Agosto).

'Homeland' Star Set To Play Dr. Leslie Thompkins in 'Gotham'

The next episode of Gotham is titled Penguin's Umbrella and as the title suggests, it will center on The Penguin, a.k.a. Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor). Oswald's madness continues after his unexpected appearance at the precinct at the end of the latest episode.

In Penguin's Umbrella, the titular character will show his manipulative ways further as the gang warfare continues between Maroni (David Zayas) and Falcone (John Doman). Additionally, Gordon (Ben McKenzie) is forced to deal with "the potentially fatal consequences of his decision to spare Penguin's life," according to Fox. This episode airs Monday, Nov. 3.

Is 'Gotham' Set In The Past, The Present, The Future Or All Three?

Then, in Episode 8, titled The Mask, young Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) is set to return to school, though he has trouble integrating. Meanwhile, "when a Gothamite is found beaten to death, Gordon and Bullock (Donal Logue) are intrigued by the motive and take on the case." This episode airs Monday, Nov. 10.

Episode 9 is titled Harvey Dent and as suggested, it will feature the introduction of the man who would become Two-Face. In this episode, Harvey Dent teams with Gordon in order to close the Wayne murder case. Elsewhere, the Penguin is still meddling in gang warfare as he meets Mooney's (Jada Pinkett Smith) "secret weapon" Liza (Mackenzie Leigh). This will air on Monday, Nov. 17.

Finally, Episode 10 airs Monday, Nov. 24 and is titled LoveCraft, which features Gordon being assigned to work at Arkham Asylum.

"Meanwhile, Selina (Camren Bicondova) leads a new friend on a perilous journey through Gotham to evade the assassins after her," the synopsis reads.

It looks like most of the main cast will get a chance to shine in the weeks to come as the world of Gotham continues to expand.

Gotham airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
