He has officially taken over as the new CEO of Forrester Creations, and even though he can't fire the people who betrayed him, Rick (Jacob Young) will make sure they will understand what his new and powerful position means for them.

Rick Takes The CEO Position At Forrester

He took the job after his father, Eric (John McCook) changed his mind and took it back from Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) when his actions with Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) were revealed, but he was warned that he couldn't get rid of his brother or wife. So instead of firing them for revenge, Rick will warn them, and everyone else he believes hurt him, that things will change at the company.

"Things aren't going to be easy around here for any one of you, because as far as I'm concerned, you've all betrayed me," he says to Ridge, Caroline, Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and the rest of the staff in a preview clip for the Tuesday, November 4 episode.

Maya Urges Rick To 'Take Control' of Forrester

Because he feels betrayed by nearly everyone except Maya (Karla Mosley) at the moment, Rick could use his new power to make the rest of their lives extremely difficult-wreaking havoc and misery on their personal and professional lives in the same way he feels they did it to him.

And while he begins to unveil his plans and visions for how things will now go at Forrester, his sister, Hope (Kim Matula) will be planning for a big day of her own. Today, she and her husband, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) will finally get to see their baby for the first time-and even an encounter with Hope's ex, Liam (Scott Clifton) in the office won't dampen their excitement over the big news.

"It's a big day, you know," Wyatt says in the clip. "Getting a look at our little bambino! Or bambina, right?"
