Now that Star Wars: Episode VII is an official wrap, a new photo of R2-D2 has been released.
Is 'Episode VII' Going To Be Better Than 'The Empire Strikes Back?'
The photo, posted on Saturday, can be seen on John Boyega's Instagram page. Boyega will be playing an unknown part in the film, but the picture shows him wearing a fancy suit as he looks down at R2-D2 who looks pretty standard. There's not too much of a difference compared to how the robot usually looks except that there might be a little ware and tear.

Is Carrie Fisher Going To Have A New Look In 'Episode VII?'
News of the movie finishing with filming started going viral ever since a message to the cast and crew got out. The note that can be viewed on ComingSoon.Net comes from director J.J. Abrams, Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy and producer Bryan Burk. They all express how glad they are to have been able to work with everyone involved and what they're excited about at this point.
"From the deserts of Abu Dhabi, to the Forest of Dean, to the stages of Pinewood, you have risen to every challenge and been as wonderfully kind as you are brilliantly talented," the message says. "Our ambition here is large, of course, and it must be; we are here to make a film that entertains millions of people, of all ages, for generations."
Star Wars: Episode VII is expected to hit theaters on December 18, 2015.
