It looks as though this season might be the most interesting one yet for Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice. With an all-star cast of some of reality television's most interesting characters including Brandi Glanville and Kenya Moore, there sure is going to be a lot of drama in the boardroom in the coming months.

Kate Gosselin Slams Rumors That She Bullies Her Family

For celebrity mother Kate Gosselin though, while she says that she's got a "strong personality" on the show, she's not one to engage in all of the drama.

In a new interview with Us Weekly on Tuesday, she said, "I feel really in my element taking on something like this. Obviously it's hard to be away from my kids for an extended period, but they're good. They're very supportive."

Kate Gosselin Admits That She Sometimes Cries Behind Closed Doors

Gosselin hints that she'll also do well on the show because she's got similar experience running her family business from home.

She added, "I have a business-running personality. I work for myself. I'm the secretary, the personal assistant, the president, the accountant.... And I run my ship at home as efficiently as possible."

As far as the competition on the show though, Gosselin doesn't seem to be worried, "I am a strong personality," she says. "But I think what definitely will come out here is that I'm not a pot stirrer, I'm definitely not a drama-starter. Drama gets in the way of getting work done...And, you know, that's probably going to be surprising to a lot of people. Clearly there's a lot of drama in my life caused by others, but I'm in the business - instead of stirring it - of calming it down and putting on the lid."

The new season of The Celebrity Apprentice airs Jan. 4t on NBC.
