'Hunger Games' Movie News: Ariana Grande Joins Soundtrack In Track With Major Lazer, New Clip Shows Katniss & Peeta Interaction [VIDEO]
Lorde continues to collect some of the biggest names in music to help bring together her soundtrack to the new Hunger Games movie, but it looks like she is bringing in one of the hottest new artists now to help her make it special.
The Next 'Hunger Games' Is Expected To Make This Much Money On Opening Weekend
The artist took to Twitter on Monday to announce that Ariana Grande would be joining Major Lazer on the fifth track in the soundtrack titled All My Love. Grande and Major Lazer join Kanye West, The Chemical Brothers, and Chvrches on the album.
There is no word yet when fans can get a peak at the new single, but it would seem that it could be coming soon after the announcement. The song by Chvrches was released earlier on Wednesday.
'Katniss Is Very Alone' In 'Mockingjay Part 1' According To 'Hunger Games' Director
The Hollywood Reporter also released an exclusive clip for the movie, which has Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) finding out that Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) is alive and is working with President Snow (Donald Sutherland) at the Capitol as their special weapon.
In an interview with Caesar Flickerman (Stanley Tucci), Peeta says "first off, you have to understand that when you're in the Games, you only get one wish. It's very costly."
The film is directed by Francis Lawrence from a script by Danny Strong. The film stars Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Jena Malone, Donald Sutherland, Jeffrey Wright, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Stanley Tucci and Sam Claflin. It also introduces Julianne Moore as President Coin.
Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 will be released in theaters on Nov. 21 followed by Part 2, which opens in 2015.
