In a recent interview, Emily Bett Rickards, who plays Felicity on Arrow, dished about how her relationship with Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) will develop over the course of the rest of season 3.

One Of Arrow's Biggest Moments To Take Place During The Flash Crossover

Speaking to TVLine, the actress stated that Felicity will come to rely on Palmer not only as a source of strength but also in helping keep her honest. The question about the duo's bonding was spurred by a still from the next chapter in which Felicity is seen breaking down with Palmer in the backdrop.

"That's going to be expected to come, and yes, he's going to be sort of a transparency in her life, perhaps be her polygraph, as she is for everybody else, which I find very refreshing for her," she said.

This had been previously suggested as well, as reports suggested that Palmer might very well be Felicity's new love interest on the CW show. But Oliver (Stephen Amell) hs been forthcoming about his feelings toward Felicity. Seems like Palmer will be giving Oliver plenty grief as he will also be bidding for ownership for Queen Consolidated.

A recent report revealed that things will start to get intense in something of the nature of a love triangle, when Felicity informs Oliver that she is going to be working for Palmer.

TVLine gave away this juicy spoiler, and stated that Oliver will not take this bit of news too well. Amell told the publication that Oliver will be flustered by Felicity joining Ray in the work space. "He pauses for a second then keeps going and changes the subject," he said. "[We're] certainly going to learn how Oliver feels about it. It comes to a head towards the latter part of our fall run."

The next episode of season 3 is set to air on November 5.
