MTV's Jenelle Evans admits that she and boyfriend Nathan Griffith don't have a perfect relationship, but the Teen Mom 2 star still insists that she gets along with her latest beau better than she has with anyone else.

After Evans denied rumors on Twitter Tuesday that she and Griffith had split, the reality star opened up about her dating after a follower commented on her relationship.

Evans then retweeted another post which supported her outlook on the subject, claiming she and Griffith have a healthy relationship.

Evans and Griffith currently live together in North Carolina, where they live with their four-month-old son Kaiser. Both have children from previous relationships, though Kaiser is the only child of whom they have custody.
At the moment it looks like Evans will try to get custody of her five-year-old son Jace back from her mother Barbara, though no legal steps have been taken at this time. Barbara has raised Jace since infancy and Evans has voiced concerns about creating tension by seeking to get her boy back, though she does want the child to live with her.
