Lawyer's for polo guru John Goodman have requested yet another manslaughter trial for him Wednesday, which would make this his third go around.

Bartender Says That John Goodman Demanded '10 Shots' Upon Entering Bar

Six jurors found Goodman guilty in the retrial just last week, but his legal team has said that the process was so full of errors and mishaps that he should get yet another.

If he is not granted another trial, he could serve up to 16 years behind bars. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 19 by Chief Circuit Judge Jeffrey Colbath.

Jurors Did Not See Cars Involved In John Goodman's Fatal Accident

Goodman's lawyers filed the written request Wednesday, according to Palm Beach Post.

A guilty verdict slammed down on Goodman Oct. 28 for the second time. The first trial ended in March 2012.

Three men and three women were the individuals who made up the jury. They deliberated for five hours before agreeing on the outcome. He was guilty of DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide, with failure to render aid, after he was behind the wheel of a crash that killed 23-year-old Scott Patrick Wilson. He had graduated from University of Central Florida just recently.

Goodman's face was stale as he left the courtroom. Prosecutor Sherri Collins embraced Wilson's mother Lili Wilson as she cried before he revealed the entire process has been "tough for all the families involved."

But Lili said just after, "I haven't absorbed it yet. I'm still grieving." After his first guilty verdict he was given house arrest and had to pay a $7 million bail as well as $2,000 every day so that Palm Beach County Sheriffs could keep an eye on him.

No word yet on if the judge has approved the request.

Story developing.
