Actors Eric Christian Olsen and Daniela Ruah don't believe their characters are ready for anything as advanced as parenthood. In fact, Ruah doesn't think the two are even capable of handling dating at this point.

"I don't think they're ready at all," Ruah said in a CBS interview. "I don't think they're even ready to have a relationship with each other or anybody else for that matter. I think they're very invested in their jobs and just trying to hold onto their sanity."

Olsen gave an even bleaker look at the couple, particularly Deeks.

"I think on the journey of self-actualization, Deeks is pretty early on. He's just taking those first couple of baby steps. I don't think he knows who he is or what he wants," Olsen explained. "And I think that's one of the main kind of obstacles in the relationship, both of these creatures are just trying to put one foot in front of the other and navigate their own lives and failures and failures in relationships and their own kind of tumultuous past with their parents."

It sure sounds like the NCIS agent and the LAPD detective have quite a bit to figure out before the Densi ship can really sail.
