'Doctor Who' Season 8 Spoilers: The Master's Back, Steven Moffat Explains Decision & Previews 'Death In Heaven'

ABC announced on Tuesday that it would not order more episodes past the previously completed 13 episodes, according to Deadline.

Headlined by Doctor Who's Karen Gillan, the half-hour comedy has suffered low rating since its late September premiere. While it pulled in over 5 million viewers for it's first episode, the series has only hit the 3 million mark in subsequent nights.

Centered around Eliza Dooley (Gillan), Selfie follows the self-obsessed marketer and her journey to be a little less plugged in to social media. Helped along by her coworker Henry (John Cho), Eliza spends the first six episodes learning to pay less attention to the number of friends she has on Facebook and more to the ones she tends to completely ignore in the real world.

Normally aired on Tuesdays at 8 p.m., Selfie will be pushed to the side throughout December, according to Entertainment Weekly. Instead, ABC will start airing a slate of holiday specials.

It is currently unknown if the remaining episodes will air in the new year. Click the video below to see a preview for the series' latest episode.
