'Longmire' Season 4 News: Stars From Axed Drama Take On 'Chicago PD' & 'NCIS,' Complete Breakdown Of Their Latest Gigs [VIDEO]
The cast of Longmire is contracted through February 2015, which means actors from the former A&E drama have a few months to fill with short-term gigs while producers try to find the axed series a new network.
This Is Why 'Longmire' Will Survive Cancellation
The cast has certainly kept busy. Of course none of them can taken on any major television roles while they are contracted to Longmire, but that doesn't mean they can't score guest appearances on some pretty diverse programs.
Bailey Chase (Branch) has been working on NBC's Chicago PD, as he noted on Twitter Tuesday when he showed his appreciation for the armed forces on Veterans Day.

Chase also mentioned a film project back in October, though the star held back on releasing the title.
Adam Bartley (Ferg) has also been showing up on television. In October he appeared on the CBS crime drama NCIS: Los Angeles.
Some of Longmire's stars have taken on more film roles, or have taken this break to promote their upcoming movies. Cassidy Freeman (Cady) has taken such a route, while Katee Sackhoff (Victoria) has been filling her time with charity work.
Sackhoff has also been talking about her latest movie Tell, In which she stars alongside Milo Ventimiglia (Armored) and Alan Tudyk (A Knight's Tale).
If Longmire does manage to find a new network, then this cast will reunite for a fourth season which will likely premiere during the second half of 2015.
