It's about to become a battle on the sexes on the next episode of Cristela when the main character brings up the act of discrimination.

ABC TV Schedule Fall 2014

On Tuesday, TV Line posted a sneak peek of this Friday's episode where Cristela is about to have a meal with her family and she tells them that she's doing research on a sex discrimination lawsuit. While some might normally expect to have a civilized and thorough conversation about this, no one seems impressed.

Natalia doesn't want her to use the word "sex" in front of the kids, but Cristela points out that she's not referring to that concept...she's referring to who one is, but no one really cares to understand. Alberto finds this more humorous rather than serious since he wants Cristela to keep talking about sex.

Natalia gets even more annoyed especially since she lets the word "sex" come out of her mouth, causing her to kick the children out of the kitchen.

Cristela continues by saying that her company is representing the bank that's getting sued because they pay men more than women. This leads to more ignorant remarks, including Alberto who says that he likes when the women bring home the bacon. It gets even worse when Felix actually says that men should make more money because their jobs are "harder."

More random comments come out as the clip ends with Alberto wanting to talk more about sex.

Cristela airs on Fridays at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
