'Switched At Birth' Season 4: Kathryn Gets Pumped Up For The Holiday Season As Bay Sneers At Her In Sneak Peek Of Christmas Special [VIDEO]
Bay and Kathryn are getting in touch with the holiday season for the Switched at Birth Christmas special- or at least one of them is.
Is A Singer Joining The Cast Of 'Switched At Birth?'
In a sneak peek posted on the show's Facebook page last Friday, Kathryn can be heard singing "Deck the Halls" as the house if filled with holiday energy. This includes warm decorations, a sparkling tree, and a photo of the mother and daughter.
While Kathryn seems filled with joy and even wears a red and white sweater, Bay interrupts her cheer and tells her mom that she's basically just annoying. Kathryn has apparently been singing Christmas songs since Black Friday, which makes Bay want to wear ear plugs.
Lily & Toby's Relationship Will Have 'Twists & Turns' On 'Switched At Birth'
Kathryn tells her teenage daughter that if it's bothering her, then she can go in her art studio, but it's freezing out there.
The bicker continues when Kathryn asks Bay to shell the peanut brittle. Bay informs her mom that she can buy them when they're already shelled, but Kathryn is known for doing this a bit more naturally.
Despite their differences, the ladies do what they can to get along. Kathryn might be making Christmas a big deal, but it's definitely something to look forward to this year since Daphne and Regina are going to spend it with them.

The Switched at Birth Christmas special airs on Monday, December 8 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
