'Witches Of East End' Cancelled Or Renewed: Actress Reveals Something She Just Heard That Should Encourage Fans To 'Keep Signing' [PHOTO, VIDEO]
Witches of East End fans have done what they can to help bring the show back for new episodes, and it looks like all that work is gaining some positive attention.
'Witches Of East End' Was Supposed To Have 'Other Villans To Deal With'
On Wednesday, Madchen Amick who played Aunt Wendy on the series, took to her Twitter page to reveal something that she and others just heard about.
"...we've heard the execs are watching your support so keep signing! Knock their socks off!" the actress wrote with a link to the petition that fans can sign.
'Witches Of East End' Actress Thanks The Fans Amid Cancellation
The petition is currently at more than 73,000 signatures with a goal at 80,000. Perhaps, if enough people sign this then maybe the drama could be renewed. And considering that the "execs" are looking out for the fans' attention, this might boost up some chances as well.
Some of the other actors from the series have taken to Twitter to show their gratitude to everyone who's trying to get the show renewed. Jenna Dewan-Tatum posted a black and white shot of herself with the cast as they all look thrilled to be together.
"#renewwitchesofeastend the coven has gathered and loving all your support...Brewing up magic," the actress wrote.
Daniel di Tomasso, who played Killian, showed his courtesy as well.
"The #RenewWitchesOfEastEnd caaign continues to blow me away. #Incredible display of passion @lifetimeTV @20thcenturyfox," he tweeted.
If Witches of East End does get a third season, it may not happen on Lifetime, but another network could pick it up.
