According to Us Weekly on Friday, Washington said that she's at her best when she feels fit and healthy.
She said, "I feel the most powerful after a good workout. I feel healthy and alive and like I'm taking good care of myself. Then I'm available for all the other parts of my life that need me to be the best version of me."

What's more, she also reveals that the right wardrobe might bring out the right attitude in you.
She explained, "Even if you pay your neighborhood tailor $5 to hem your pants to the right length so you feel comfortable, do it! Dress in what makes you feel good. Don't dress for other people. Dress for yourself!"
Just recently, Washington also revealed her best kept beauty secrets.
In an interview with Us Weekly last Friday, Washington has one simple but very important rule when it comes to her nightly beauty regimen.
She said, "The Neutrogena makeup-remover towelettes would probably be the biggest beauty must have. My rule is to not go to bed with makeup on."
She added, "A little concealer is always great for spots. I have to have lots of different colors, because as a person of color, your skin tone, even when it's really even, changes on different parts of your face."
Washington also added that she is a huge fan of eyelashes - and that thankfully she's been blessed with some really great ones, too. The new celebrity mother said, "I'm a mascara girl. I love Neutrogena Healthy Lengths. People are always like, 'Do you need an eyelash curler?' Oh no, you don't. I have very thick, curly lashes. On the show, I do not wear fake lashes. People often think I do."
