Even though Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans was busy moving into a new house this week, the MTV star is all ready to celebrate Thanksgiving with her little boys.

On Wednesday, Evans posted a photo on Twitter in which she and five-year-old Jace sat in the car together ready to go.

While four-month-old Kaiser couldn't take part in the actual preparation, he did get to hang out with his mother and brother while they got things ready for the big day.

By Wednesday nigh,t the reality star boasted a wealth of sweet treats for Kaiser's first Thanksgiving, including pie, chocolate pinwheels, and even a fruit salad.

Not only will this be baby Kaiser's first Thanksgiving, it will also be the first major holiday Evans is celebrating as a family in a new home with her boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, and two sons. Sober and back in school, Evans has a lot to be thankful for.

The star's been looking into getting custody of Jace back this year, and while the boy currently lives with his grandmother this could be the start of a new life for the boy with his mother.

Teen Mom 2 returns to MTV for its sixth season in 2015.
