'James Bond 24' Movie Rumors: Hilary Swank Being Eyed For Role, Could Be Oldest 'Bond Girl' Ever [VIDEO]
As casting begins to wind down, it looks like Bond 24 producers could be looking to announce one more big name for the cast and they look for the next Bond girl. But could this Oscar-winner be the one to take the role?
'Bond 24' Is Headed To Rome For Three Major Action Scenes
Media Mass posted a rumor on Friday that Million Dollar Baby and Boys Don't Cry star Hilary Swank could be in line to play the next Bond girl.
According to the site, "the producers have tried to get Hilary before, but she has never been available because of other commitments," a source close to the production said about the actress.

"The discussions have been going on for some time and they are working out the contract details now."
While this rumor can be taken with a grain of salt, it does include an actress who could possibly be interested in getting into a big franchise since viewers haven't seen Swank in much in recent years. It also makes sense as she is gaining some awards momentum with a recent role in the Western, The Homesman.
The site added that if she does sign on board Swank, who is set to turn 41 next year, would technically become the oldest Bond girl in the franchise's history. Honor Blackman, the previous holder of that title, was 39 when she played Goldfinger's Pussy Galore opposite Sean Connery's 33-year-old 007 in 1964.
The actress has been quiet lately with her last substantial role being in 2009's Amelia and 2008's P.S. I Love You. Since then, she has been in the indie scene before popping up again in the Western directed by Tommy Lee Jones.
